At Napier Outdoors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the items arrive at our warehouse.
